Segment 1: Introduction about Rage.Fan and VIVEK KUMAR – Head – Marketing and Public Relations of Rage.Fan, PRAISUDI SARAVANAVEL – Product Head of Rage.Fan

Q1: Can you briefly introduce yourself as well as about the Rage.Fan?

PRAISUDI SARAVANAVEL – Product Head of Rage.Fan: I am Praisudi, I am in-charge for the Fantasy Sport Product in Rage.Fan. MBA graduate with 10+ years’ experience in corporates and start-ups. Experienced in Product, marketing, and brand management. Managed SaaS products and a few E-governance projects as well in the past.

VIVEK KUMAR – Head – Marketing and Public Relations of Rage.Fan: I am Vivek. I am responsible for Marketing at Rage.Fan. I have done Masters in Business Administration. Total ex of 7 years, mainly across Strategy & Consulting, Marketing and Program Management. In past have worked with large MNCs and Consulting firms.

PRAISUDI SARAVANAVEL – Product Head of Rage.Fan: In layman’s term, you can think of Rage.Fan as a complete sports ecosystem.

— It has got platform where you can play fantasy sports and quizzing
— Then it has got sports utility NFTs (uNFTs) – You can collect them and trade them over a marketplace. The uniqueness and rarity (due to limited supply) of these cards makes them very very special
— We are also building sports data oracle – first of its kind and for that we have partnered with Kylin Network also
— Lastly, we have got something called Augmented Reality (AR) Token Mining method in our app Scramble

To make all this happen, we have something called $RAGE – a native token which comes with the dual purpose of “game play” and “governance”. The entire Rage.Fan is built on blockchain.

Q2: How does Rage.Fan different from traditional fantasy sports platforms? What makes Rage.Fan special?

PRAISUDI SARAVANAVEL – Product Head of Rage.Fan: Rage.Fan is just not like any other fantasy sports sports platform rather it’s a fantasy sports ecosystem = sports and quizzing platform + sports data oracle + NFT & AR

Rage.Fan is a comprehensive sports platform compared to others who have a limited focus. We want to provide better benefits to users in terms of lower fees and transparent transactions. We have strong partnerships and product development pipeline which will provide us the edge.

Blockelite Host: Can you tell more about AR? how does it work?

PRAISUDI SARAVANAVEL – Product Head of Rage.Fan: AR is a feature of the mobile application scramble for capturing tokens as a gamification. for more updates on this please follow our official links.

it is inspired by pokemon go.

Q3: What are the $RAGE token utilities? What are the user benefits of holding the $RAGE token in the long term?

PRAISUDI SARAVANAVEL – Product Head of Rage.Fan: $RAGE is a standard ERC20 protocol native token like with any other platform. However, it serves the dual purpose of “game play” and “governance”.

Game play refers to using $RAGE for the internal purpose of participation in sports contests.

The accumulation of $RAGE gives you proportionate rights which translates to governance aspects at community level. Governance, at community level covers 2 aspects – a voice in the sports per se i.e. team and at organizational level per se in context of Rage.Fan

We have published a very informative article on governance and can be accessed here: https://medium.com/@ragefan/rage-utility-series-governance-1fc76fa46244

I would encourage our community members to please go through it as it talks about some of the very important aspects and also share across so that others can also know about it.

Segment 2: Twitter questions

Q1: You are launching your NFT cards known as uNFT. These cards are regarded as special utility Action Cards & you said they are designed to offer two big benefits(one is Tangible & the other Intangible). So tell me,how is uNFT designed to give tangible & intangible at thesame time?

VIVEK KUMAR – Head – Marketing and Public Relations of Rage.Fan:

Direct/Tangible benefits
— 18000 $RAGE Over Time
— Chance to get 2 additional special edition NFTs
— Game point bonus multiplier
— Additional Voting Rights
— Special Privileges
— You can trade over secondary marketplace: https://opensea.io/collection/ragefan

Intangible benefits:
— The feeling of possessing something which is highly valuable, rare, unique, and sentiments attached to it.

First lot is sold out but available in secondary market.

Q2: COVID 19 has slowed many economies around the world but as a crypto business has it affected you negatively or positively? Secondly, are you still on track to achieve your targets as the road map says?

VIVEK KUMAR – Head – Marketing and Public Relations of Rage.Fan: Yes, it is true that COVID has impacted the global economy. We have limited luxury in terms of going out to stadiums and watching our sportsperson/team play.

In midst of all this, we are trying to bring smile and opportunities to these fans. Fans can now still feel connected to the sports/sportsperson they love. In addition to these we are also offering uNFTs to take the experience as close as possible.

It might not be possible to fully replicate the experience but we are trying to take it as close as possible.

In terms of meeting our targets, we are very much in line with our plan as outlined in our website. If you track our announcement, you will see that we are very much in line with that.

Q3: Security & User Interface are the Essential Aspect that Users see on a platform. How has you platform worked on this? Is Platform suitable for Newbies in the crypto world?

VIVEK KUMAR – Head – Marketing and Public Relations of Rage.Fan: Yes, security is as much important for us as it is for everyone. To do this we have multi-layered approach
— Following the best coding standard and guidelines
— Passing the code through several check points
— We will also get security audits done
— Keep users also informed about the best practises to follow

We have something called “Rage.Fan Sneak Peek” series where we try to give an insider view of what we are working on currently, and how it is coming up.

In context of UI and suitability, let me share 2 small videos on the same that covers UI part:

Q4: What problems is your project trying to solve to make it easier for Crypto users? Please let us know how evolving the roadmap is right now. What will happen this year and in the future?

VIVEK KUMAR – Head – Marketing and Public Relations of Rage.Fan: We are essentially trying to solve issues around:
— Opaque transactions processing and settlements;
— Escalated cost models; and
— Lack of fan influence

We have captured very nicely our product and organizational roadmap here: https://rage.fan/

But broadly speaking focus would be around scalability, NFTs, adding sports portfolio, feature portfolio, etc.

Q5: #Rage has a native token ($RAGE) that serves the dual purpose of “play system” & “community governance”Rage is taking the utility of their token to the next level via AR Token Mining. Can you tell us How AR token mining works?

VIVEK KUMAR – Head – Marketing and Public Relations of Rage.Fan: Its been answered already still. So, AR is being handled through an app called Scramble. Go out and hunt for $RAGE in real life places and then use it as usual.

The idea is to make understand about crypto through gamification and yet informative. Currently alpha is out with select only invites. Coming up next would be for everyone to give it a shot. So stay tuned.
